elektra-qt-gui software package provides elektra configuration store, Qt gui, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elektra-qt-gui
elektra-qt-gui is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elektra-qt-gui package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elektra-qt-gui *
You will get with elektra-qt-gui package name, version, architecture and description in a table
